2.3 Registration Information. When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes. jiluck may verify the information you provide and may require supporting documentation at any time.
2.4 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the jiluck Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2.5 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jiluck will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.1 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful and accurate information at all times. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
3.2 Account Activity. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jiluck immediately via our support channels.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). jiluck is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC process, including providing government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. jiluck reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations, after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jiluck accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of Philippine-based payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time. Current options are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the point of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. jiluck aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any applicable verification requirements.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on the jiluck Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
4.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of funds derived from illegal activities is strictly prohibited. jiluck reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
4.6 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. jiluck does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. jiluck may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. jiluck takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Any attempt to exploit promotions through irregular play patterns, the use of multiple accounts, or any other means constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
5.5 jiluck's Discretion. jiluck reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. jiluck also reserves the right to refuse or revoke a bonus if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed in error or in violation of these Terms.
6.1 Game Availability. The games available on the jiluck Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers. jiluck reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from the Platform at any time without prior notice.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All games on the jiluck Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are random and fair. jiluck does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction or error in a game, jiluck reserves the right to void any bets or winnings affected by the malfunction. jiluck will not be liable for any losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 Disputed Results. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the records maintained by jiluck's system shall be considered the definitive record. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact jiluck support within seven (7) days of the disputed event.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the jiluck Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of jiluck or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License. jiluck grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
8.3 Restrictions. You may not use the jiluck name, logo, or any other brand elements without prior written consent from jiluck.
9.1 Platform Availability. jiluck strives to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond jiluck's control.
9.2 No Warranty. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jiluck makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability.
9.3 Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jiluck's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Consequential Damages. jiluck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
10.1 Commitment to Player Wellbeing. jiluck is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the wellbeing of its players seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.
10.2 Age Restriction. jiluck strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
10.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who feel that their gaming is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting jiluck support. During a self-exclusion period, the player will be unable to access their account or participate in any games on the Platform.
10.4 Deposit and Session Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and session time limits through their account settings. Once set, limits may be reduced immediately but increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period.

11.1 Termination by Player. You may close your jiluck account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
11.2 Termination by jiluck. jiluck reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

13.1 Applicable Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws and the regulatory framework governing online gaming operations in the relevant jurisdiction.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and jiluck, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. jiluck is committed to handling all complaints fairly and promptly.
13.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
